LLC226 landfill compactor is a refuse compactor that has functions of pushing, spreading, pulverizing, demolishing and compacting of waste materials, which is essential equipment for landfill sites. The landfill compactor helps improve the densities of compacted materials, thus saving land area, minimizing environmental pollution and extending operating life of the landfill site.
Main Features:
· This landfill compactor is equipped with SHANGCHAI water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine and cold starting system;
· Torque converter and power gearshift transmission are applied on four wheels;
· High wear life teeth are uniquely arranged, two scraper bars and two wire cutters on four compaction wheels keep wheels free of debris and protect against wire wrap-around thereby ensuring tooth penetration;
· Hydraulic system has a piston pump with load sensing system which offers smoother and lighter control of steering and blade, ensuring high work efficiency and energy economy;
· The central lubrication system regularly services the crucial parts of the landfill compactor, ensuring optimal greasing throughout the refuse compactor; A disinfectant spray system is also equipped for protection against mosquito;
· The roll-over protective structure (ROPS) is an integral part of the compactor frame to protect the operator from injury in the event of a rollover; The service brakes on the front and rear axles and the central parking brake are available for maximum safety assurance;
· Turnover driver's cabin with sliding window at left and right sides offers excellent visibility, access step and safety ladder in both sides make it easier to access main components;
· Infrared video monitor system and backup buzzer system are very useful for driving, and the rear view mirror makes operations easier and safer.
